We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal reaches $100 after discounts. Below $100, the carrier rate is calculated at checkout. Ready-made and custom items in one order ship together when all pieces are ready.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a change-of-mind return. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. Mail it within 14 days after approval. The customer pays return postage; the original shipping charge is not refunded. Earrings and intimate apparel are excluded from voluntary returns.
Custom pieces are final sale once production starts. Before production, a cancellation refund is reduced by any order-specific materials already purchased. If a piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can offer repair, replacement when possible, or a refund.
